Rowena Dagdag is a teacher at the Padre Zamora Elementary School Special Education Center. She handles the Early Intervention Program for 3 to 6 ½ year old children with different exceptionalities.
She is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Education, Major in Early Childhood Education at the Philippine Normal University and belongs to the Philippine National University chapter of the National Association of Early Childhood Educators.
Her career as an educator also includes being a preschool teacher for Kid’s Plus Learning Center, Montessori Filipino Child Research Center, Miriam College – Southeast Asian Institute for the Deaf, Most Holy Redeemer Parochial School Foundation, Inc., as part-time instructor for Southeastern College’s Education Department, and as a social worker for St. Francis Center for Special Children.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas. She completed her academic units and practicum in MA Psychology, Major in Child and Family at the Ateneo de Manila University as a scholarship recipient of the Ateneo Scholarship Foundation.
