Product Description

Creative Arts Experiences in the Preschool [Upgraded Edition] is a compilation of activities that children will enjoy doing. These activities can be integrated with different subject areas.  For example, a lesson in English Communication Arts can be enhanced by art activities like making simple paper bag puppets or plate masks of a boy and a girl which the children can use in role playing.

Since most preschools in the Philippines are composed of three levels of grouping according to age, the activities of the upgraded edition of Creative Art Experiences in the Preschool has been categorized to meet the needs, interests and motor abilities of each level [nursery, kindergarten and preparatory].  For instance, there are more coloring activities in the nursery, more painting, printing and cutting in kindergarten and more cutting, paper folding, painting and varied art crafts for the prep.  The activities will surely create more meaningful, fun-filled learning experiences for the child.

Activity 1, 2, and 3 could serve its purpose as follow-up activities which the teacher or parent can relate to subject areas like number experiences, reading readiness, language arts, social living or even writing.

The aim of this series is to make the preschool learner happy and fulfilled in the world he is in and that his visual, motor and perception skills together with his creative abilities be developed as he works on the different activities in these books.
